Rebutia miniscula

Rebutia minuscula forms small rounded stems covered with fine spines and gradually builds a cluster. Its flowers emerge around the sides near the base, often surrounding the plant in vivid red to orange tones. Flower colour varies across the forms grown under this name. Its compact scale makes it a rewarding choice for a bright windowsill or greenhouse shelf.

Growing conditions:
Grow in bright light in gritty cactus compost, allowing the mix to dry between summer waterings. Give it a cool, dry, frost-free winter rest and protect from intense, unfiltered midday sun under glass.

Maximum size:
Individual stems are usually around 4–6 cm across and up to about 10 cm tall; an established clump can spread to approximately 15–30 cm or more.
