Sedum palmeri produces branching stems tipped with rounded, spoon-shaped leaves. The foliage can flush pink around the edges in strong light or cooler weather, giving the plant a changing seasonal character. Clusters of yellow flowers brighten the rosettes in spring. Let it spill gently from a pot or raised edge for a relaxed succulent display.
Growing conditions:
Grow in sun or light shade in sharply drained soil or gritty potting compost. Shelter from prolonged winter wet and severe frost, especially in containers.
Maximum size:
Approximately 15–30 cm tall and 30–50 cm wide, spreading or trailing further as stems develop.
